Delivery & Returns

Delivery Details
All our orders are typically despatched by either Royal Mail First Class Post or Courier, depending on weight.  Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery of your goods to UK mainland destinations from point of despatch.  
No rip-off delivery charges!  Delivery charges are £3.90 including VAT for all UK mainland deliveries.

Same-Day Despatch! 
We endeavour to despatch most orders the same day, provided the order is placed before 2pm on a weekday, and the items are explicitly showing as in stock.   If there are going to be any unforseen delays over 24 hours, we will endeavour to contact you.  Orders placed on a weekend or a bank holiday are usually despatched on Monday, please expect delivery on or before Thursday.  Goods showing as non-stock items, please allow up to 7 days from placing the order to you receiving them.

Urgent Orders
We aim to despatch all orders very promptly, but if you specifically require a next-day delivery, please email us with your contact telephone number and we will do our very best to assist you!  There will be a small surcharge for next-day delivery. Otherwise all orders will be sent out on the standard delivery schedule.

Overseas Delivery
We welcome orders from outwith the UK.  Shipping charges vary depending on destination.  Please place your order on the website as normal.  If there are any additional charges we will always inform you by email so you can authorise the extra charges before we ship the goods.

Order Status
You can check up the status of your order at any time by logging into your account. 
 
Failed Deliveries
If you are not in to receive a delivery, our carriers will leave you a note advising that they are holding your item, please contact them to collect or re-arrange delivery.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept instructions with your order to re-deliver to another address if you are out.

Returns
You have 7 working days from receipt of the goods to return (at your expense) an item for a refund if you are not happy with it, after this period we may add a re-stocking charge. The shipping charge is not refunded. All returns must be authorised by email first orders@sapphiremailorder.com Items returned for a refund must be sent to us insured and unopened and be in a 'new' condition. We are not responsible for uninsured returned items being lost, damaged or delayed. Items returned may be tested before a refund is issued (ex shipping). We will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of the receipt of returned goods (ex shipping).  If after ordering an item you discover it is not suitable (ordered in error) you may return for an exchange, we will charge the shipping and credit or debit any difference in value on the items, your initial shipping charge is not taken into acount in this calculation, only the product cost. Your statutory rights are not affected.

This above returns procedure excludes any items in the store that are "made" or "assembled" to order, in which case such items are non-refundable.  We may accept these items back at our discretion, but a re-stocking fee of 40% will be charged.
